• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CT (excluding holidays).
• Weekends and holidays will delay processing and shipping times.
• Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

EXPRESS / EXPEDITED DELIVERY

• Orders placed before 4:30 PM CT will ship same day and arrive within 1–4 business days (depending on the selected shipping service).
• Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday by 12 PM CT.
• Note: UPS Ground is not an expedited shipping option.
